Job Opportunity: Physical Therapy Assistant (Full-Time, Day Shift)
Location: Anchor Care and Rehabilitation Center
Pay Rate: $30-$35 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Physical Therapists to ensure the highest standards of resident care and safety.
  • Adhere to departmental protocols, maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Prioritize resident safety in all therapeutic activities.
  • Correctly use and maintain safety equipment, particularly during resident transfers.
  • Ensure therapy practices comply with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Strictly follow infection control procedures to protect residents and staff.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting therapy space.
  • Report safety concerns or equipment issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Active, unencumbered Physical Therapy Assistant license in New Jersey.
  • Experience in a nursing home setting is preferred.
