Qualifications

• PTA Certification for TX required.
• CPR Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and meet patients' goals and needs.

• Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques.
• Create fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients' needs.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by Supervisor.
• Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care.
• Motivate patients to help them function optimally and promote healthy lifestyles.
• Consult and coordinate with other health professionals.
• Evaluate effects and monitor patient progress and communicate results.
• Document patient care services.

Requirements

• PTA Certification for the state of TX
