Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program.
• Active PTA license in the state where you practice.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• One year PTA experience in a clinical setting.
• Current driver’s license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in their homes to regain mobility, strength, and independence.
• Collaborate with PTs, patients, families, and other health professionals to deliver patient-centered care.
• Help achieve established treatment goals and document progress accordingly.

Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No after-hours on-call).

Compensation:

Competitive wages + mileage reimbursement ($0.585/mile).
