Overview:

Sentara Therapy Solutions Stafford is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant for the night shift.

Role Summary:

As a Physical Therapist Assistant with Sentara, you will administer physical therapy treatments and procedures under the supervision of a physical therapist. You may assist in developing treatment plans, perform routine functions, and document treatment progress within the scope established by a physical therapist.

You will provide age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers, supervise team members, and assume responsibility for their care.

Qualifications:

• Education: Associate Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from a CAPTE-accredited program (Required)
• Current Physical Therapist Licensure

Certifications:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
• RQI Certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
