Position Details

Premier Healthcare, LLC is seeking a LICENSED PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT in the state of New York to join our team at Premier Genesee Nursing and Rehab, located at 278 Bank St, Batavia, NY 14020. This is a Per Diem position with a schedule of Monday-Friday, with weekends as needed. The role involves providing direct patient care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, including documenting treatments and patient condition changes.

Pay Range

The base pay range is $28.00/hr - $30.00/hr, with actual compensation based on skills and experience. Discuss details with your recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services per physician orders under supervision of a Registered Physical Therapist.
• Respond to service requests, relay information, and refer to RPT as needed.
• Implement and modify treatment plans under supervision.
• Measure & record motor function, strength, and muscle performance.
• Monitor and respond to patient responses during treatments.
• Observe residents and document progress reports.
