Qualifications

• Must have Associate's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• National Provider BLS certification from American Heart Association required within 30 days of hire.
• Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant License and Washington license if applicable upon hire.

Physical Therapy Assistants help provide therapeutic services and activities under the guidance of a Physical Therapist to help patients in need successfully maintain or improve their level of independence.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree Physical Therapy, from an accredited program.
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Upon hire: Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant License
