Job summary

Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy has immediate openings for Physical Therapist Aides. Join a growing organization with state‑of‑the‑art facilities, well‑trained staff, and a collaborative team. Tuesday/Thursday 12pm-8pm, providing scribe support, patient prep, and front desk coverage while supporting therapists.

Candidates should have anatomy/kinesiology knowledge, be able to cover some shifts near home, and demonstrate strong communication and patient‑care skills in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to cover 15-20 minutes from your home office.
• Knowledge of Anatomy & Kinesiology
• Knowledge of the equipment used in therapy work.
• Knowledge of the behavior and needs of patients.
• Knowledge of proper strengthening techniques.
• Ability to observe, evaluate, and record patient conditions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a scribe for recording and editing therapeutic exercises under supervision.
• Assist patients by preparing heat/cold packs and guiding exercises.
• Ensure operation of treatment equipment and troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Educate patients on proper use of equipment and routines.
• Prepare treatment rooms and assist with therapy sessions.
