Job summary

Spectrum Therapy Consultants in El Paso, TX, is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapy Technician for our Northeast clinic, where teamwork and compassionate care shape every day.

No prior therapy experience is required; training will be provided. You must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, and enjoy helping people. You’ll assist providers during exercises, guide patients, and support the front office with scheduling and copays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Friendly and approachable; loves interacting with people.
• Interest in exercise, sports, anatomy, physiology.
• Willing to learn and grow; open to feedback.
• Prior healthcare or exercise science experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Be the right-hand assistant to providers during patient exercises and treatments.
• Guide patients to ensure visits are smooth and enjoyable.
• Assist Front Office with greeting patients, scheduling, calls, and copays.
• Maintain communication between providers, patients, and front office staff.
• Stay adaptable, detail-oriented, and manage time well in a fast-paced environment.
