Job summary

Drayer Physical Therapy in Carlisle, PA is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapy Technician to join our team. The technician works under the supervision of a licensed PT or OT to support patient care and clinic operations.

Responsibilities include preparing treatment areas, assisting patients with exercises, maintaining equipment, and handling intake and scheduling tasks. The role requires a high school diploma and strong customer service and computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Organizational detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficient in the use of computers and learning new software programs.

Responsibilities

• Preparing equipment and treatment areas for patient use.
• Assisting and/or observing patients perform prescribed therapy exercises and documenting responses.
• Performing basic prescribed treatments such as applying ice packs and heat pads.
• Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and therapy areas and laundering linens.
• Performing administrative tasks, including patient intake, answering calls and scheduling appointments.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
