This unlicensed role assists with patient preparation, exercise supervision, and treatment setup, while also handling light administrative tasks and equipment sanitation.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and strong customer service, organization, and computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills essential.
• Strong organizational detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficient in the use of computers and learning new software programs.

Responsabilités

• Preparing equipment and treatment areas for patient use.
• Assisting and/or observing patients perform prescribed therapy exercises and documenting responses.
• Performing basic prescribed treatments such as applying ice packs and heat pads as instructed.
• Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and therapy areas, changing and laundering linens.
• Performing administrative tasks, including patient intake, answering calls and scheduling appointments.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
