Per Diem position with clinic hours Monday–Friday 7am–6:40pm and Saturdays 7am–1pm; pay is $16.90 per hour, location Baldwin Park, CA. Join a team focused on compassionate patient care and efficient clinic operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare training is a plus.
• Prior healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients transitioning to therapy areas and ensure comfort and safety.
• Support clinic culture with patient-focused service.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas per therapist instructions.
• Maintain patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing.
• Assist front office tasks during downtime (phone, scanning, scheduling, payments).
• Aid therapists during sessions with materials and exercises.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas; daily equipment cleaning.
