Job summary

Indiana Regional Medical Center, Inc. is seeking a Rehab Aide to assist physical therapists and their assistants in setting up equipment and preparing treatment areas within the hospital.

Responsibilities include safely transporting patients, maintaining clean and organized therapy spaces, stocking supplies, supporting patients during exercises under supervision, and ensuring HIPAA compliance and infection control. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; CNA preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare setting or rehab aide preferred.
• BLS certification required or obtained within 1 month of hire.
