ATI Physical Therapy in Canton Charter Township, MI is hiring a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative patient-care team. You will support clinicians, handle patient check-ins, and help with equipment setup and treatment area preparation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in.
• Assist with patient intake, registration, and scheduling.
• Onboard new patients, verify benefits and complete required forms.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas and set up equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with prescribed exercises and home exercise programs.
