STAR Physical Therapy in Antioch, TN is seeking a part-time Physical Therapy Aide to support therapists with treatments and clinic operations. The role involves setup, patient assistance, and basic administrative tasks in a patient-centered environment.

The position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and reliability, with a schedule of Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday from 1pm-6pm. Candidates should have a high school diploma and basic PC skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; allied health pursuit encouraged.
• Ability to work efficiently in an autonomous environment.
• Basic PC skills include EMR, databases, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists with treatments under direct supervision.
• Maintain equipment, treatment areas, and linen supply.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning hot pack machines and disinfecting treatment tables.
• Set up patients for treatments and assist with exercises.
• Help with administrative tasks: filing, phones, scheduling.
• Order supplies and assist with inventory under Clinic Director.
• Maintain safety protocols and equipment checks.
• Contribute to a positive clinic environment and team.
