Job summary

Premier Orthopaedics in partnership with Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder Center is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Aide to join the Kennett Square, PA team. The role supports therapists, handles front desk tasks, and helps maintain a clean, patient-focused clinic environment.

The part-time position (less than 30 hours/week) requires a high school diploma and CPR certification, with preference for experience in physical therapy or rehab settings and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation or outpatient clinic preferred.
• Customer service or patient-facing healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists in treatment of non-Medicare patients and set up exercises.
• Monitor patient exercises and form as directed by therapists.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas and equipment after each patient.
• Perform front desk duties: phones, scheduling, registration, insurance verification, billing.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and laundry, attend staff meetings.
• Maintain CPR certification and support clinic operations.
