Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapy Aide in Summerville, SC. You will work closely with therapists and patients, assisting with treatment setup, patient onboarding, and progress monitoring to support recovery and hands-on skill development.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma and healthcare or customer service experience, with a willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative outpatient rehab team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and throughout appointments.
• Assist clinicians with scheduling and patient flow for timely appointments.
• Onboard new patients by reviewing forms and verifying benefits.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas and set up exercise equipment for therapy sessions.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing prescribed exercises and support home exercise programs.
