PHYSICAL THERAPY AIDE (FT; 40hrs/wk) - Temple Faculty Practice, Jeanes Campus and Ft Washington - ( 252970 )

Location: Will work at both Temple Hospital Jeanes Campus and the Fort Washington, PA office.

Under the direction of licensed physical therapists, provides assistance with and supports treatment modalities and physical therapy programs. Maintains supplies and equipment, inventory, contributes to regulatory readiness of department. Performs clerical and other duties related to routine operations. Contributes to a safe and therapeutic environment that is centered on the needs of the patients, caregivers and others demonstrating concern for the patients privacy, comfort, and emotional state. Treats patient with consideration to age, race, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, socioeconomic background, and culture in a caring, ethical, and professional manner.

Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
Bachelors Degree: Graduate of an Accredited Exercise-Based Program (Preferred)

Experience
1 Year Experience as a Physical Therapy Aide OR Graduate of an Accredited Exercise-Based Program (Required)

License/Certifications
BLS - Basic Life Support (Required)
