Ivy Health is seeking Therapy Aides in Delaware to keep the clinic safe and clean, and to support the front desk by answering phones, collecting copays, and checking in patients. You will help ensure a positive, smooth patient experience in a busy therapy clinic.

This role is ideal for students pursuing exercise science, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech therapy, or anyone who loves healthcare and helping others.

Formación

• Ability to support front office tasks and patient interactions

Responsabilidades

• Maintain clinic safety and cleanliness
• Assist with equipment upkeep
• Support front office activities (answering phones, collecting copays, checking in patients)
• Communicate with patients and family members
