Job summary

Premier Orthopaedics, in partnership with Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder, seeks a dedicated Physical Therapy Aide to support therapists in West Chester, PA. The role may require early mornings, evenings, and Saturdays with both part-time or full-time options.

Responsibilities include assisting with non-Medicare patient treatments, front desk support, and clinic operations while maintaining equipment and areas.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required.
• Prior experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or outpatient clinics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists in treatment of non-Medicare patients and set up treatment areas.
• Monitor patient exercises and form under therapist direction.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas, equipment, and plinths after patient use.
• Perform front desk duties as needed: scheduling, registration, insurance verification, charge entry and payments.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and manage laundry and supplies.
