Job summary

Burger Rehabilitation SystemsInc. is seeking a full-time clerical/back-office assistant for a busy physical therapy clinic in Grass Valley, CA. You will assist therapists, help with modalities, keep equipment clean, launder towels, and support the team in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have strong multitasking and communication skills, office experience, and a willingness to learn medical terminology. Training is provided; benefits are included in the package.

Qualifications

• Strong clerical and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in a clinical or medical office is a plus.
• Exposure to medical terminology is helpful.

This position is partial clerical and back office with cleaning and providing modalities to patients and other tasks; we require someone with excellent multitasking and communication skills - if you are strong clerically, we can train for the rest! Of course with COVID19, the position also requires assisting the therapist, keeping equipment clean and laundering towels - great environment and fabulous Clinicians to work with! Medical terminology and/or exposure would be greatly helpful!!!

The position is full time with a schedule of: M/W 7:30-5:00, T/Th 7:30-4:00 and F 7:30-12:30.
