Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) in Santa Ana, CA, is hiring a Physical Therapy Aide to join our care team. You will assist patients, help prepare therapy spaces, and support therapists to ensure a smooth patient experience.

The role includes front-office support, basic billing tasks, and maintaining clean, organized treatment areas. This is a part-time position with clinic hours Mon–Fri, 7am–7pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare exposure a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork are essential.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

As a Physical Therapy Aide at PRN, you'll be an essential part of our team, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a smooth and positive experience for our patients.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist patients in transitioning to therapy areas, ensuring their comfort and safety.


• Help create a positive work environment and clinic culture by ensuring patient needs are taken care of during transitional periods of therapy. Help provide customer service, a smile.


• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas based on therapist instructions.


• Maintain organized patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing procedures.


• Assist front office with front office tasks when down time occurs including but not limited to: answering the phone, scanning documents into charts, scheduling patients, taking over the counter payments, filing, faxing, etc.


• Aid therapists during therapy sessions by providing necessary materials and facilitating exercises.


• Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment. Daily equipment cleaning, cleaning tables, laundry, stocking supplies.

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in healthcare is a plus.


• Prior experience in a healthcare setting or as a Physical Therapy Aide preferred.


• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.


• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.


• Compassionate and patient-centered approach towards assisting individuals in need.
