Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) and its Family of Brands are seeking to hire a Physical Therapy Aide in Oceanside, CA. The role involves assisting patients, supporting therapists, and providing front-office help to ensure smooth clinic operations.

The position offers full-time hours (40 hours per week) with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm. Compensation ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, based on experience and skill.

About The Role

As a Physical Therapy Aide at PRN, you\'ll be an essential part of our team, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a smooth and positive experience for our patients.

Duties & Responsibilities

\

• Assist patients in transitioning to therapy areas, ensuring their comfort and safety.
\
• Help create a positive work environment and clinic culture by ensuring patient needs are taken care of during transitional periods of therapy. Help provide customer service, a smile.
\
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas based on therapist instructions.
\
• Maintain organized patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing procedures.
\
• Assist front office with front office tasks when down time occurs including but not limited to: answering the phone, scanning documents into charts, scheduling patients, taking over the counter payments, filing, faxing, etc.
\
• Aid therapists during therapy sessions by providing necessary materials and facilitating exercises.
\
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment. Daily equipment cleaning, cleaning tables, laundry, stocking supplies.

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in healthcare is a plus.
\
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting or as a Physical Therapy Aide preferred.
\
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
\
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
\
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach towards assisting individuals in need.
