Performance Optimal Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Physical Therapy Aide. As a Physical Therapy Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our physical therapists and helping our clients achieve their optimal health goals.

As a Physical Therapy Aide at Performance Optimal Health, you will be responsible for supporting the client experience and working closely with patients throughout their journey towards optimal health. You will assist in setting up and preparing exercise equipment, observe patients during treatment, and motivate and assist patients in exercise programs. Additionally, you will help maintain the cleanliness of treatment rooms, clinic floors, locker rooms, and equipment.

Key areas of ownership include maintaining a welcoming and safe environment for patients, performing patient-related tasks under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, and ensuring proper documentation and administrative responsibilities are fulfilled.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Development
• Must be at least 18 years old

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Computer literate, experience with data-entry preferred (Apple preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Regular attendance and punctuality
• Effective prioritization and time management skills
• Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and some Saturdays
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet fixed time constraints
• 2+ years of customer service experience (bonus)
