Qualifications

• 0-4 years’ experience and must possess a valid PTA license.
• Associates degree accredited by an accredited PTA program.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Integral part of the patient experience, working with patients throughout their Optimal Health journey.
• Implements patient treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Instructs patients and caregivers in the skills and techniques of the physical therapy program.
• Collaborates with team to implement programs tailored to each patient.
• Maintains timely patient chart documentation of interventions and services provided.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Join Performance Optimal Health as an Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant. Each of our clients undergo a unique Optimal Health Assessment, allowing us to tailor their plan of care to their specific needs using a variety of our services. Our services we offer are based upon the Four Pillars of Optimal Health – exercise, nutrition, recovery, and stress management. We have highly trained professionals in all four pillars, who make the clients journey their priority.

With just over 20 years of experience throughout Connecticut and New York, we have successfully launched our first site in Naples, Florida. We are excited to continue growing and building upon our Physical Therapy Team. We are seeking an individual with a passion for health and wellness, and a willingness to work within a team of individuals focused on impacting the lives of our clients in a positive way. • You are an integral part of the Client Experience and work side by side with patients throughout their Optimal Health journey
• Ensures clinical excellence through clinic outcome assessments, mentorship, and continuing education
• Top-notch, empathic clinical care to our patients
• Implements patient's individualized treatment plan as established by the primary Physical Therapist
• Instructs patients, families, and other caregivers in the skills and techniques of the physical therapy treatment program under the supervision of the Physical Therapist
• Work with other members of the Optimal Health Team to implement programs consistent with the needs and capabilities of each patient
• Provides daily and timely patient chart documentation of interventions and services provided in the acute care setting

• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

• 0-4 years’ experience and must possess a valid license (Open to recent graduates).
• Associates degree, accredited by an accredited PTA Program
