ATI Physical Therapy in Catonsville, MD is seeking a part-time Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team delivering exceptional patient care. You will gain valuable healthcare exposure with hands-on training, mentorship, and direct involvement in the patient recovery process.

The role includes aiding therapists, assisting with treatment setup, and supporting patients through exercises and home programs. Flexible hours and a strong team environment are offered.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients warmly by phone and in person during check-in and appointment times.
• Promote efficient patient intake, registration, and assist clinicians with scheduling.
• Onboard new patients, review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete medical forms.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas, and set up/adjust exercise equipment for therapy.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support home exercise programs.

Responsibilities

At ATI Physical Therapy, we offer a collaborative and welcoming environment where you will:

• Promote an efficient patient intake and registration process and assist clinicians with timely scheduling.
• Effectively onboard new patients reviewing relevant paperwork, verifying benefits, and completion of medical forms.

• Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas, as well as setting up and adjusting exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support their prescribed home exercise programs.
