Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team delivering patient care and gaining hands-on training. You will work alongside therapists, receiving mentorship and exposure to physical therapy workflows while supporting patients’ recovery.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, assisting with intake and scheduling, preparing treatment areas, setting up equipment, monitoring progress, and guiding home exercise programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 18+ years old minimum.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote an efficient patient intake and registration process and assist clinicians with timely scheduling.
• Effectively onboard new patients reviewing relevant paperwork, verifying benefits, and completion of medical forms.

• Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas, as well as setting up and adjusting exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support their prescribed home exercise programs.

Qualifications

Required

• High School diploma
• Must be 18+ years
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience

Preferred

• Healthcare experience (Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry, PT & PTA students)
• Certified Personal Trainer experience.
• Experience or education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.
