Professional Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Physical Therapy Aide in Watertown, MA to support the clinical team and create an exceptional patient experience. You’ll help prepare treatment areas, assist patients with setup, and ensure equipment is clean and ready for use.

This hands-on role is ideal for students pursuing physical therapy; you’ll gain exposure to therapy modalities, clinic operations, and HIPAA/OSHA awareness in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Preparing treatment areas and ensuring equipment is clean, organized, and ready for use
• Assisting patients with setup and positioning during therapy sessions
• Monitoring equipment and making adjustments as directed by clinical staff
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming clinic environment
• Preparing hot and cold therapy modalities
• Supporting general clinic operations, including laundry and light cleaning tasks

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate: $16 per hour
• Part‑time employees are eligible to accrue sick time in accordance with Massachusetts Paid Sick Leave Law
