Professional Physical Therapy is seeking a friendly Physical Therapy Aide (Part-Time) to support our clinical team in a Massachusetts clinic. You will help prepare treatment areas, assist patients during therapy sessions, and keep the clinic clean and organized.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, excellent communication, and strong organization. This role offers hands-on experience in a patient-centered outpatient setting with opportunities to learn and grow in physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment areas; ensure equipment is clean and ready for use.
• Assist patients with setup and positioning during therapy sessions.
• Monitor equipment and adjust as directed by clinicians.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming clinic environment.
• Prepare hot and cold therapy modalities.
• Support general clinic operations, including laundry and light cleaning tasks.

What You’ll Do

As a Physical Therapy Aide, you’ll play a key role in keeping our clinic running smoothly while supporting both patients and clinicians. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing treatment areas and ensuring equipment is clean, organized, and ready for use
• Assisting patients with setup and positioning during therapy sessions
• Monitoring equipment and making adjustments as directed by clinical staff
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming clinic environment
• Preparing hot and cold therapy modalities
• Supporting general clinic operations, including laundry and light cleaning tasks

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate: $16 per hour
• Part‑time employees are eligible to accrue sick time in accordance with Massachusetts Paid Sick Leave Law
