ATI Physical Therapy in Dallas, TX is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to support licensed therapists and assist with patient check-in, treatment setup, and routine exercises. You will help prepare treatment areas, organize equipment, and ensure smooth daily patient flow under supervision.

You will gain hands-on training and mentorship, with exposure to physical and occupational therapy concepts, while contributing to a patient-centered care team in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Assist with patient intake, registration, and scheduling.
• Review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete forms.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas and set up equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients warmly both by phone and in person during the daily check-in process and throughout their appointment time.
• Promote an efficient patient intake and registration process and assist clinicians with timely scheduling.
• Effectively onboard new patients reviewing relevant paperwork, verifying benefits, and completion of medical forms.
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas, as well as setting up and adjusting exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support their prescribed home exercise programs.

Qualifications

Required

• High School diploma
• Must be 18+ years
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience

Preferred

• Healthcare experience (Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry, PT & PTA students)
• Certified Personal Trainer experience.
• Experience or education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.
