Wright Physical Therapy in Idaho is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to support therapists and patients throughout the treatment process.

You will assist with intake, equipment prep, and patient mobility, while coordinating with front-desk staff to handle check-ins and payments. A customer-focused, energetic approach helps you thrive in a team-driven clinic that values growth and service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Personable, energetic, and able to work with a diverse group of people.
• Reliable and professional with patient care as the number one priority.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Flexible schedule to work 40 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Performing intake tasks and scheduling.
• Preparing equipment and treatment rooms.
• Liaising between patients, physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, and other departments.
• Assisting patients to walk, sit, and stand.
• Observing patients performing prescribed physical exercises.
• Documenting patients' responses to treatment and updating patient files.
• Applying ice packs or heat pads as instructed.
• Support the Front Desk with coverage, patient check-ins and payment collections.
