ATI Physical Therapy in the United States is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Aide to support therapists, help patients during sessions, and maintain a clean, organized treatment area. You will assist with patient check-ins, prepare equipment, and help guide patients through home exercises under supervision.

Ideal candidates bring a friendly, professional demeanor, basic healthcare or customer service experience, and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients warmth during check-in and throughout appointments.
• Assist with efficient patient intake, registration, and scheduling.
• Support therapists by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and setting up exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the therapy team.

Responsibilities

At ATI Physical Therapy, we offer a collaborative and welcoming environment where you will:

• Greet and interact with patients warmly both by phone and in person during the daily check-in process and throughout their appointment time.

• Promote an efficient patient intake and registration process and assist clinicians with timely scheduling.
• Effectively onboard new patients reviewing relevant paperwork, verifying benefits, and completion of medical forms.

• Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas, as well as setting up and adjusting exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support their prescribed home exercise programs.

Qualifications

Required

• High School diploma
• Must be 18+ years
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience

Preferred

• Healthcare experience (Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry, PT & PTA students)
• Certified Personal Trainer experience.
• Experience or education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.
