Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a friendly Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team and support clinicians delivering hands-on patient care. This role offers valuable healthcare exposure and on-the-job training to help launch your career.

You will greet patients in person and by phone, assist with intake and scheduling, prepare treatment areas, set up equipment, monitor progress, and guide patients through prescribed home exercises under supervision.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience required.
• Preferred healthcare experience (PT aide/tech, medical assistant, hospital, chiropractic, fitness) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients warmly in person and by phone during check-in and throughout appointments.
• Promote efficient patient intake, registration, and scheduling assistance.
• Onboard new patients: review paperwork, verify benefits, complete forms.
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing/cleaning treatment areas and setting up equipment.

Qualifications

Required

• High School diploma
• Must be 18+ years
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience

Preferred

• Healthcare experience (Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry, PT & PTA students)
• Certified Personal Trainer experience.
• Experience or education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.
