Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Physical Therapy Aide to join our outpatient rehab team in Plainfield, IN. You will greet patients, assist with intake and scheduling, and support therapists by preparing treatment areas and equipment.

This role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to physical therapy practices, with duties including patient progress monitoring and assisting with home exercise programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Assist with efficient patient intake, registration, and scheduling support for clinicians.
• Onboard new patients, review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete forms.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas and set up equipment for therapy sessions.

Qualifications

Required

• High School diploma


• Must be 18+ years


• Healthcare and/or customer service experience

Preferred

• Healthcare experience (Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry, PT & PTA students)


• Certified Personal Trainer experience.


• Experience or education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.
