ATI Physical Therapy in Round Rock is hiring a Physical Therapy Aide to support therapists, greet patients, and assist with treatment setup and home exercise programs. You will help with patient check-in, scheduling, and onboarding while ensuring a clean, organized treatment area.

The role requires a high school diploma and 18+ years of age, with healthcare or customer service experience preferred. A collaborative, patient-focused environment and opportunities for training are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• Must be 18+ years.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience.
• Preferred: Healthcare experience (PT Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry, PT & PTA students).
• Certified Personal Trainer experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote an efficient patient intake and registration process and assist clinicians with timely scheduling.
• Effectively onboard new patients reviewing relevant paperwork, verifying benefits, and completion of medical forms.

• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support their prescribed home exercise programs.

Qualifications

Required

• High School diploma

• Must be 18+ years

• Healthcare and/or customer service experience

Preferred
