Ivy Health is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to keep the clinic safe and organized while supporting front office tasks and patient flow. You will assist with phones, payments, and check-ins, helping patients and families navigate their visits.

• Maintain clinic safety and cleanliness for patients.
• Support front office tasks: answer phones, collect copays, check-in patients.
• Communicate with patients and their families to coordinate care.
• Provide assistance across therapy services as needed, including PT/OT/SLP/ABA.

They ensure the equipment and clinic remain safe and clean for our patients, provide support to our front office team such as answering phones, collecting copays, checking in patients, and communicating with the patients and their family members.
