ATI Physical Therapy in Exton, PA is seeking a friendly Physical Therapy Aide to support daily patient flow and assist clinicians in providing effective care. You will greet patients, help with check-in, and set up treatment areas, while learning hands-on healthcare skills in a collaborative setting.

The role involves assisting patients with exercises, helping with equipment setup, and supporting the therapy team as needed, contributing to a positive patient experience and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Healthcare and/or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients warmly both by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Assist with efficient patient intake, registration, and scheduling.
• Onboard new patients, review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete forms.
• Support PT by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and setting up equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home programs.

Responsibilities

• Promote an efficient patient intake and registration process and assist clinicians with timely scheduling.
• Effectively onboard new patients reviewing relevant paperwork, verifying benefits, and completion of medical forms.
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas, as well as setting up and adjusting exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support their prescribed home exercise programs.

Qualifications

Required

• High School diploma
• Must be 18+ years
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience

Preferred

• Healthcare experience (Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry, PT & PTA students)
• Certified Personal Trainer experience.
• Experience or education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.
