Job summary

Casa Colina is seeking a rehabilitation support assistant to aid licensed Physical Therapists and provide basic care to patients under supervision. The role includes maintaining patient safety during interventions and keeping department areas organized.

Requirements include one year of inpatient/outpatient rehab and CPR/AED; applicants with current BLS may be hired but must obtain AHA CPR/AED within 30 days.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in inpatient and/or outpatient rehabilitation program.
• CPR/AED certification required; BLS may be hired but must obtain AHA CPR/AED within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provides support services to licensed Physical Therapists and unskilled basic services to patient/clients that do not require skilled intervention under the direct supervision of professional therapists.
• Assists professional therapists by maintaining patient/client safety during skilled therapeutic intervention as well as maintaining department and treatment areas.
