Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Physical Therapy Aide in Medfield, MA. You will greet patients, assist clinicians and help with daily check-in processes, scheduling, and intake. A friendly demeanor and desire to support patient recovery are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients in person and by phone during check-in and visits.
• Assist clinicians with scheduling and patient registration to keep workflows smooth.
• Prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions.
• Support therapists by setting up and cleaning treatment spaces.
• Monitor patient progress and assist with prescribed home exercises.

Title: Physical Therapy Aide

Status: Part Time

Clinic Hours: 7am- 7pm

Location: Mefield, MA

Work alongside leading experts in Physical and Occupational Therapy, playing a key role in supporting our patients' recovery. In this position, you’ll receive hands‑on training, mentorship, and direct exposure to the field of physical therapy.

Responsibilities

At ATI Physical Therapy, we offer a collaborative and welcoming environment where you will:

• Greet and interact with patients warmly both by phone and in person during the daily check-in process and throughout their appointment time.

• Promote an efficient patient intake and registration process and assist clinicians with timely scheduling.
• Effectively onboard new patients reviewing relevant paperwork, verifying benefits, and completion of medical forms.
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas, as well as setting up and adjusting exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support their prescribed home exercise programs.

Qualifications

Required

• High School diploma
• Must be 18+ years
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience

Preferred

• Healthcare experience (Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry, PT & PTA students)
• Certified Personal Trainer experience.
• Experience or education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.
