ATI Physical Therapy in Chicopee, MA is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. The role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to physical therapy practices to support patient recovery.

The position requires a high school diploma, 18+ years old, and healthcare or customer service experience. The clinic operates 7am–7pm, Monday through Friday, with full-time status and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

Required

• High School diploma
• Must be 18+ years
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience

Preferred

• Healthcare experience (Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry, PT & PTA students)
• Certified Personal Trainer experience.
• Experience or education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.
