ATI Physical Therapy in Bala Cynwyd, PA is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team delivering patient care. You will greet patients, assist with check-in, help prepare treatment areas, set up equipment, and support clinicians during sessions while gaining hands-on healthcare experience.

This full-time role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to therapy techniques, with opportunities to grow alongside experienced therapists.

Qualifications

• Required: High School diploma or equivalent; 18+ years old; healthcare and/or customer service experience.
• Preferred: Healthcare experience (PT aide/tech, MA, hospital, chiropractic, fitness) and CPT experience.
• Education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and throughout appointments.
• Assist with efficient patient intake, registration, and scheduling of visits.
• Onboard new patients by reviewing paperwork, verifying benefits, and completing forms.
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas, and setting up exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support their prescribed home exercise programs.

Responsibilities

At ATI Physical Therapy, we offer a collaborative and welcoming environment where you will:

• Greet and interact with patients warmly both by phone and in person during the daily check-in process and throughout their appointment time.

• Promote an efficient patient intake and registration process and assist clinicians with timely scheduling.
• Effectively onboard new patients reviewing relevant paperwork, verifying benefits, and completion of medical forms.

• Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas, as well as setting up and adjusting exercise equipment.

Qualifications

Required

• High School diploma
• Must be 18+ years
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience

Preferred

• Healthcare experience (Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry, PT & PTA students)
• Certified Personal Trainer experience.
• Experience or education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.
