ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Aide to join our collaborative team delivering patient care. You will gain hands-on training, support clinicians, and help patients participate in therapy sessions.

This role emphasizes friendly patient interactions, efficient intake and scheduling, and assisting with exercises and home programs. A high school diploma and 18+ years are required; healthcare or customer service experience is a plus, with comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required and 18+ years of age.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Preferred healthcare experience: PT aide/technician, medical assistant, hospital work, chiropractic, fitness.
• Experience or education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas, as well as setting up and adjusting exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support their prescribed home exercise programs.

Qualifications

Required

• High School diploma
• Must be 18+ years
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience

Preferred

• Healthcare experience (Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry, PT & PTA students)
• Certified Personal Trainer experience.
• Experience or education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.
