Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Medical Support role as a Physical Therapy Aide. You will greet patients, assist with intake and scheduling, and help therapists prepare treatment areas and equipment.

You will also onboard new patients, verify benefits, and support home exercise programs under supervision. A strong emphasis on patient care and teamwork is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• Must be 18+ years.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience.
• Healthcare experience such as PTA/Tech, MA, hospital, chiropractic, or fitness industry.
• Certified Personal Trainer experience.
• Experience or education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients during check-in and appointments.
• Support efficient patient intake and scheduling.
• Onboard new patients, review paperwork, verify benefits.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas; set up exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and report to therapy team.

Responsibilities

At ATI Physical Therapy, we offer a collaborative and welcoming environment where you will:

• Greet and interact with patients warmly both by phone and in person during the daily check‑in process and throughout their appointment time.

• Promote an efficient patient intake and registration process and assist clinicians with timely scheduling.

• Effectively onboard new patients reviewing relevant paperwork, verifying benefits, and completion of medical forms.

• Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas, as well as setting up and adjusting exercise equipment.

• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback the therapy team.

• Assist patients in performing exercises and support their prescribed home exercise programs.

Qualifications

Required

• High School diploma

Preferred
