Job summary

Ivy Rehab is seeking a friendly Therapy Aide to support clinical and front-office teams in a busy outpatient setting. You will help keep treatment areas clean and organized, assist patients and families, and ensure smooth flow of daily operations across physical, occupational, speech, and ABA services.

Ideal candidates are motivated, with strong communication and multitasking abilities, and a passion for helping others in a healthcare environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong customer service and patient-care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist front office team by answering phones, checking in patients, and collecting copays.
• Help maintain a safe and clean clinic environment and proper equipment handling.
• Communicate with patients and their families to coordinate care and appointments.
• Support therapy teams across physical, occupational, speech, and ABA services as needed.

Our Therapy Aides are valued members of our clinic team. They ensure the equipment and clinic remain safe and clean for our patients, provide support to our front office team such as answering phones, collecting copays, checking in patients, and communicating with the patients and their family members. This is a great opportunity for students who are pursuing exercise science, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy or anyone who loves being in healthcare and helping others.
