Job summary

Peak Physical Therapy, a Highbar Practice, is hiring a team member to support outpatient physical therapy operations across New England. Under supervision of PT/PTA, you will assist with patient interventions, maintain clean treatment spaces, and help with scheduling and intake as needed.

Starting at $18/hour, with adjustments by experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or related field strongly preferred.
• Standing or walking for extended periods.
• Assisting with patient exercise instruction and demonstration.
• Monitoring patient movement to ensure safety, including fall prevention.
• Light lifting or movement of equipment and supplies up to 50lbs.
• Occasional bending, reaching, or crouching as needed to support patient care or maintain a safe and clean clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist administrative staff as directed by clinic director; tasks to include scheduling/rescheduling patients, answering phones, assisting patients with intake, running weekly reports from clinicalsoftwareand calling patients to maintain communication at the therapist's direction.
