Job summary

Ivy Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Therapy Aide to support a multi-disciplinary clinic team across physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and ABA services.

You will help keep the clinic clean and safe, assist front office tasks, and communicate with patients and their families while pursuing healthcare-related studies or interests. This is a full-time role with a guaranteed home clinic through Ivy's internal travel program.

• Assist front office with answering phones, collecting copays, checking in patients, and communicating with patients and their families.
• Ensure clinic environment is safe and clean for patients.
• Support clinicians and staff in daily operations and patient flow.
• Participate in reporting and documentation tasks as needed.
