Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative outpatient rehab team. You will greet patients, support check-in, scheduling, and onboarding while assisting clinicians with setup and cleanup of treatment areas.

You will help patients perform exercises and monitor progress, gaining hands-on healthcare experience and mentorship in a fast-paced environment dedicated to recovery and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma and be 18+ years old.
• Experience in healthcare and/or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients in person and by phone during check-in and throughout their appointments.
• Assist with patient intake, registration, scheduling, and reviewing paperwork.
• Onboard new patients by verifying benefits and completing forms.
• Support Physical Therapists by preparing treatment spaces and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support their prescribed home exercise programs.

Qualifications

Required

• High School diploma
• Must be 18+ years
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience

Preferred

• Healthcare experience (Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry, PT & PTA students)
• Certified Personal Trainer experience.
• Experience or education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.
