Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a friendly and motivated Physical Therapy Aide to join our collaborative team in Texas. You will greet patients, assist with check-in, and support clinicians by preparing treatment areas and equipment, helping patients with exercises, and tracking progress.

You’ll gain on‑the‑job training, mentorship, and exposure to both physical therapy and healthcare operations while delivering exceptional patient care in a welcoming setting.

• Must be 18+ years.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience.

Qualifications

Required

• High School diploma
• Must be 18+ years
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience

Preferred

• Healthcare experience (Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry, PT & PTA students)
• Certified Personal Trainer experience.
• Experience or education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.
