Jobs Descriptions:

Description:Help home-bound patients regain their ability to perform daily living functions post-injury or illness. Collaborate with other skilled disciplines, such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy, to provide coordinated care.

Skills:Therapy skills under industry standards, good interpersonal skills, and knowledge of durable medical equipment.

Requirements:

• OT:Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy, current Texas State License as an Occupational Therapist, and current Texas Driver's License.
• COTA:Texas state license as a COTA and Texas Driver's License.
• PT:Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an approved program, current Texas State License as a Physical Therapist, current Texas Driver's License.
• PTA:Texas state license as a PTA and Texas Driver's License.

Rates:

-OT: Flat rate of $70 - 75 depending on the type of visit.

-COTA: Flat rate of $55 per visit.

-PT: Rates start at $65 - 75 depending on the type of visit.

-PTA: Flat rate of $55 per visit.
