Liberty Health in Lumberton, North Carolina, seeks an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehab team. The role focuses on delivering personalized therapy plans and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.

We value licensed PTs with SNF rehab exposure and offer a sign-on bonus. This on-site position emphasizes compassionate care within our local management-supported facility.

Formación

• Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• Certificate / License: Must be licensed in the state where the SNF is located.
• Experience: Rehab SNF experience preferred.

We are currently seeking an experienced: PHYSICAL THERAPIST (PT)

Work with a multidisciplinary team to insure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans. Be able to work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments. In-house therapy with local management support.

Job Requirements

• EDUCATION: Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• CERTIFICATE / LICENSE: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
• EXPERIENCE: Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.
