Job summary

Liberty Health Lumberton, North Carolina, is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our rehab team at Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services. You will work in a multidisciplinary environment, focusing on individualized treatment plans and progressive modalities to enhance patient outcomes.

The position requires graduation from an accredited therapy program, licensure as a PTA in North Carolina, and prior rehab SNF experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• Certificate / License: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
• Experience: Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with a multidisciplinary team to tailor rehab plans and deliver patient-focused care.
• Provide in-house therapy with local management support and progressive treatment modalities.
• Address a variety of diseases and impairments through individualized treatment plans.

PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT (PTA)

Work with a multidisciplinary team to insure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans. Be able to work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments. In-house therapy with local management support.
